Welcome to our booking form

New parents will need to email a completed registration form before making a booking. This can be emailed back to us at admin@superkidsclub.co.uk. If you have a sibling who is coming for the first time, we will also need a registration form before you complete this booking form, thank you. Please note: without a registration form, Superkids will not be able to book your child in.

We understand the cost of multiple children in activities, so we are providing a sibling rate of £30.00 per child for John Ball and Rushey Green; £34.00 for St Marys regardless of when you book and pay.

Have your details changed? To help keep your child safe, please update us on any changes since registration. If you are not sure, there is no harm in informing us again. For example: Authorised person to collect your child, medical, allergy, dietary needs, your contact number, emergency contacts or address details etc...

How will you pay for your booking? * Please note: Superkids do not accept cash payments. Payments received after Friday 17th October for St Mary's and John Ball will be charged at the standard rate. Payments received after Friday 24th October for Rushey Green will be charged at the standard rate. Please choose one of the options:
