We are now taking bookings for our October Holiday club programme.
Siblings discount: earlybird booking rate regardless of when the booking is made or paid, when siblings attend on the same day. First sibling pays the full rate and subsequent siblings receive the discount. Now available at all our holiday clubs.

Rushey Green Holiday club - Open Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.

HAF Programme - How to Book
Our HAF Programme is dependent on the Local Authority funding, and usually runs during Easter and Summer; however this may be subject to change.
The process for parents is:
1. Receive an email or text
Parents will receive an email or text message from HolidayActivities.com. Click on the button to view your voucher code.
2. Create your account
Create your account and select your location. This will filter only activities local to you.
3. Search for activity providers
Search available activities by provider, date or SEN requirements among other filters.
4. Book your activity
Once you’ve found an available activity, book in by selecting the session and completing all required details.
You can now book additional sessions, extra children and manage your bookings.

Once completed, what happens next?
Once you click 'Submit my booking' your email will be sent to us. Within 48 hours, we will email back and confirm the following:
- Our holiday guide will be emailed to you with payment information
- Payment due dates are: Friday 17th October (St Mary's and John Ball), Friday 24th October (Rushey Green)
- Once your booking is confirmed, our cancellation policy will apply.
- If you have not received a confirmation email after 48 hours, please check your junk box/folder before emailing admin@superkidsclub.co.uk and we can check on the status.
- During the holiday, we shall contact you within 24 hours (working days).
- Need to cancel? Please email us as there may be a charge.
- Adding extra days to your booking? Just email us; thank you.
How to make a payment
Breakfast and After School Club parents, please pay the normal way, using the same reference as before. Holiday club parents, please click 'How to make a payment' below.
Activity Requirements
Please see below the activity requirements for this holiday. This is also emailed to you when completing your booking. Monday 27th October - 'Autumn Carnival' £2 extra charge.
Playscheme Invoicing
Superkids invoicing system is called Famly. Our term-time parents will have holiday club dates and payments shown on your next monthly invoice.
Holiday Playscheme parents will receive your invoice as soon as we are able. Please check your junk box/folder for your invoice. Please note: Payment is required as per date given in your confirmation email, regardless of an invoice being produced.

Booking cancellation policy
- Once your place has been confirmed, you have 24 hours to cancel in writing, without charge
- After the 24 hour period, any cancellations will be charged at £2.00 per cancelled session.
- The final date for cancellation of holiday club bookings is no less than 48 hours (in writing) before the start date of the holiday club. Any cancellation requests made later than 48 hours of the holiday club start date will not be granted and the holiday club sessions and any charges for activities will be charged at the full published rate.

When completing your booking, please remember to add the times required to speed up your booking, thank you.
Opening time: 9:30am to - 3:30pm. You can extend your sessions AM and/or PM.
Price: £26.50 per child, per day.
Extended session pricing
7:30am to 3:30pm - £29.50 per child, per day.
9:30am to 6:00pm - £29.50 per child, per day.
7:30am to 6:00pm - £32.50 per child, per day.

October Holiday booking form
Welcome to our booking form. New parents will need to email a completed registration form before making a booking. This can be emailed back to us at admin@superkidsclub.co.uk. If you have a sibling who is coming for the first time, we will also need a registration form before you complete this booking form, thank you. Please note: without a registration form, Superkids will not be able to book your child in.
We understand the cost of multiple children in activities, so we are providing a sibling rate of £30.00 per child regardless of when you book and pay.
