How does the pre-payment work?
For the summer holiday's, Superkids will ask for a pre-payment of £110 per child when you are making your booking. This pays for the last 5 days of your booking. If you are booking in 5 days or less, Superkids will ask for full payment.
How does lump sum and weekly payments work?
Lump sum: Inside your confirmation email, we will ask for your £110 per child. Your remaining balance to pay which includes any activity costs, will be due by Saturday 27th July.
Weekly payments: Inside your confirmation email, we will ask for your £110 per child. Your remaining balance to pay which includes any activity costs, will also be shown. This is then broken down into weekly payments on the weeks your child is attending. This will be due by the Friday of each week of attendance. Please note: By paying weekly, the higher cost of £24 will be applied.
Once you summit your booking, you will be sent our holiday guide. This will have everything you need to know and what to bring will you. You may find you need to arrive early on some days. Please arrive promptly as we will not be able to wait for late comers.
Superkids are using an invoicing system called Famly. Our term time parents will have Playscheme dates and payments shown on your July and/or August invoice. Holiday Playscheme parents will receive your invoice as soon as possible. Please check your junk box/folder for your invoice. Note: Payment is still required on confirmation, regardless of an invoice being produced.
